You know, when you just feel that connection with someone, before you even meet them. And then you wait six months before you can have an actual conversation, and when you do it’s like rocketfire, it clicks so easily. But you feel like you’re taking more than you’re giving, and then there comes a…
I wanted him to want me. I wanted him to claim me. I’m talking about putting my feelings first and saving all of his tenderness for me.

Over the course of a relationship, the two (or more, sometimes) individuals who are involved organically develop certain expectations of the other person(s). It’s a natural progression in a relationship as you begin to know and understand your partner.

Or you may come to expect a courtesy call to make sure you’ve eaten or see if you need him to pick up something from the store. Other expectations may require a greater commitment and sacrifice, such as the expectation of knowing your partner’s close friends, family, and maybe even coworkers. All of these expectations form over time, and while these examples may seem normal to some, expectations that are poorly communicated or not accepted within a relationship only leave room for disappointment and disagreement.

People always think that when you sleep together, there’s always something that is happening in between the sheets and the bed. But let me tell you, It’s not always like that. The feeling of actually hugging each other until you fall asleep, the warmth of each other’s breath, and the total happiness in the morning when you wake up right beside him. Everything may sound too good to be true, but sometimes it takes a lot of responsibility and love to be able to be as wholesome as possible. Sleeping with your special someone is one of the most heartwarming experiences you’ll ever have. No nothing, simply hugging and smiling yourself to sleep.
